2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is to regulate the rights and obligations between the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product or products specified by the seller to the buyer.

Cancellation, Return, and Delivery Terms
Cancellation and Return Policy
This Cancellation and Return Policy regulates the cancellation and return policy for products and services provided by [ResGlobal Engineering] ("Company").
1. Right to Cancel
The customer has the right to cancel the purchased product or service without specifying any reason before delivery. Cancellation requests should be communicated to our customer service department before the product or service is dispatched.
2. Right to Return
The customer has the right to return the delivered product or service within 14 days after delivery without specifying any reason. Return requests should be communicated to our customer service department provided that the product/products are unused and in their original packaging.
3. Return Process
Upon receiving a return request, our customer service department will provide necessary information. The customer must return the product/products with their original packaging. After verifying the condition of the returned products, the return process will be initiated.
4. Return Conditions
The product or service to be returned must be unused and undamaged.
Return requests must be communicated within 14 days after the product is received.

7. Consequences of Cancellation and Return
Upon cancellation and return requests, various solution options such as refund or sending an alternative product will be offered to the customer.
This Cancellation and Return Policy is valid for products and services purchased by the customer and is considered a written agreement between the parties.
